QOF Disease Prevalence Coding Support
Our Clinical Pharmacists are now able to offer coding support across a number of QOF domains
The sessions will be delivered at regular intervals at 4:30pm, 5:30pm & 6:30pm
– NOAC prescribing in Atrial Fibrillation (AF) and stroke prevention which focuses on the use of NOACs in Primary care
– Self monitoring of Blood Glucose: more than just a box of test strips which looks at the self management of diabetes, the nuances of the different products available for patients to monitor their glucose levels and current DVLA requirements.
The aim is to upskill pharmacists and to aid with general advice including MUR and NMS delivery.
The event will meet all CPD requirements. Award Winning brownies, teas and coffees are provided.
