Coming soon… Attend2 Fracture

As it’s World Osteoporosis day, we’d like to introduce you to Attend2 Fracture, which will be available to primary care practices very soon.

The Attend2 Fracture clinical toolkit enables GP practices to undertake a proactive fracture risk assessment (FRAX) for all recommended patients (NICE CG146) to identify those at risk of an osteoporotic fracture. Attend2 Fracture will help to prioritise cohorts for review and also support clinicians in making decisions for individual patients by providing clinical data relevant to their bone health.
