QOF Disease Prevalence Coding Support

This award recognises educational resources that have provided an innovative approach to assisting the development of education in healthcare during 2017, Interface have been recognised for the educational benefits of their QOF Enhancement Service. The General Practice Awards, will be held in London on November 30th, 2017.
Interface’s QOF Enhancement Service works with primary care practices to improve both patient care and their QOF outcomes. The service, which includes on-site support from a clinical pharmacist is aimed at improving clinical outcomes, prevalence and practice revenue.
In addition, the service provides educational support to all members of the practice team to encourage excellent ongoing patient care, and efficient coding practices going forward.
