QOF Disease Prevalence Coding Support
Our Clinical Pharmacists are now able to offer coding support across a number of QOF domains
A pharmacy company has moved into new headquarters as it looks to expand its staff. Interface Clinical Services has moved into a new 6,500 sq ft headquarters in Yeadon, Leeds.
Interface, which provides improved patient care through an experienced team of clinical pharmacists to GP practices across the UK, now has over 70 full-time pharmacists. This is expected to rise to over 100 by the end of the year.
The new building, which contains more office space, IT facilities, training and meeting rooms, has been extensively refurbished in a £500,000 refit.
Mike Drakard, founder and CEO of Interface, said: “This facility will ensure that we continue to offer our NHS clients and healthcare companies well-trained pharmacists who can provide expert advice and support based on real-time data.”
Interface was founded in 2004 and works closely with the NHS, where Interface pharmacists help GPs, practice managers, administrators, and commissioners manage long-term conditions, improve patient care and maximise QOF outcomes. To date, Interface has worked in 3,470 primary care practices throughout the UK, helping to improve prescribing practices for millions of people.
Interface also works with the healthcare industry providing solutions on clinical research, market access, analysis of prescription data, and new product indications.
Leeds is becoming a centre of excellence for companies specialising in the management of healthcare data.
